All surgeries are by appointment and can be made in person, online or by telephone. We use a scheme called Advanced Access where we are able to offer same day doctor’s appointments, therefore there is no need to book your appointments in advance. We also offer pre-booked appointments if needed, but these will not be available on a Monday or after a bank holiday.

Urgent Appointments

We will still have urgent appointments each day for the doctors. The same doctor is on duty for all urgent requests.

Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms.

Telephone Advice

The doctor is available to give telephone advice and patients are advised to book a telephone appointment to arrange this.

GP Extended Access

Appointments are available for;

1. Patients who require on the day or pre-bookable appointments with a GP.
2. Patients for Cervical Screening (Weekends).
3. Patients for Asthma Reviews (Weekends).

Chaperones

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
